Dear Sir,

I have booked one date and now I want to change it to the another date. This is the first time I will be rescheduling.

I went to the reschedule option on top in this https://vfs-usa.co.in website. when I entered my personal details having my barcode number, birthdate etc, I was taken to another screen having the old interview date that I booked and three buttons saying:Confirm Reschedule, Back and Exit.

I had Click on "Confirm Reschedule", and it was shown the page with my Passeport Number, Full Name, Interview Date, Time, Receipt No -but also next to this box it was written "Invalid receipt rumber"!-WHAT DOES IT MEEN: "Invalid receipt rumber"?

Since I had put the correct Receipt No.(Receipt barcode number), how it happen that now I can not proceed more?

Everything else is shown as correct, but I can't proceed further!?

Please answer me as soon as possible.
