gilgr097 Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2007 Posts: 1	Can visa waiver change status to H1b? I have just entered the US to finalize all my H1b details with my lawyer and employer. As I will be in legal status at the date of filing, am I able to chage status to H1b after my visa is issued, or do I have to leave the country to collect my visa at a US embsssy? Thanks
